Our mission is to provide all of our customers with the highest quality herbal tea products. Our herbal teas go through a rigorous and detailed process to ensure that they are luxury quality teas.
Due to teas classification as a functional food item, all tea products are final sale and non-returnable unless there's an issue with quality or an error on our part.
Quality & Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We'll make it right—either with a replacement or store credit.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as flavor preference, dietary changes, or packaging attraction—only quality issues or our error are eligible.
How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
Email us at lighthouse@greenharbortea.com with your order number, a clear photo, and a brief description of your concern.
If the return or replacement is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions for the next steps.
Once received and inspected, store credit or replacements will be processed within 10 business days.
Shipping & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we may reach out to offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee.
